For those of you wanting to book the The West Spa at Oglebay you must call now.
They have changed their policy regarding group discounts.  You must call to make your appointment, tell them 
you are with DTCWV and then once we have people booked, they will determine our discount. 
Sorry, but this is the way it is.  We will tell you later what that discount it.
