President's Corner
"Welcome to the NEW Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia website! This site is the result of the hard work and vision of the Board of Governors of DTC, and especially its Technology Chair, Bernard Vallejos of Farrell, White & Legg and DTC Executive Director Peggy Schultz. We hope that you will find that this site is easy to navigate, and contains tools that will enhance your practice. The DTC’s mission includes its goal to bring together attorneys who defend individuals and corporations in civil litigation, and this website is constructed to help the West Virginia practitioner do exactly that – join together to enhance the efficacy of the service we provide to our clients. Enjoy exploring this site – if you have suggestions for improvements, please contact Peggy."
